JESUS IS THE ANSWER! 

 God's plan for your personal life; Jesus is the answer!  The Christian faith is unique, not because it recognizes man’s problems and needs, but because it also recognizes that man cannot do anything by himself to solve the problem or meet the need.  God did it! 7  Paul says: “Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ, Who gave Himself for our sins,  that He might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father,” (Gal. 1:3,4).

The Cross is not only the center of the Bible and history; it is the center of our faith. Unless we have seen the truth and experienced the power of the Cross, then we have not yet come to know the saving grace of Jesus in our lives. To know the meaning of the Cross is to experience the liberating effect of God’s power in our own life.  It is to grasp the tremendous mystery that to save us; God died for us!

The center of the Bible is Calvary! Everything before leads up to it and everything after leads from it and what happened on the Cross of Calvary is for God, the most important event since the creation of the World, and it will remain the most important event for ever. The Bible declares: “Now once at the end of the ages, He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself,” (Heb. 9:26).

PSYCHOLOGICA ABUSE

Psychological abuse is referred to as emotional abuse or mental abuse. It is a form of abuse that is characterized by a person subjecting or exposing another to behavior and may result in psychological abuse, also referred to as emotional abuse or mental abuse, is a form of abuse characterized by a person subjecting or exposing another to behavior that may result in psychological trauma, including anxiety, chronic depression or post-traumatic stress disorder. Such abuse is often associated with situations of power imbalance, such as abusive relationships, spousal bullying, child abuse and abuse in the workplace. Psychological aggression can occur in several different ways such as verbal abuse; saying something that upsets or annoys someone else. Dominant behaviors; preventing someone to have contact with their family members; and jealous behaviors; accusing a partner of maintaining other relationships and it can also include such actions as rejecting, degrading, terrorizing, isolating, corrupting/exploiting and "denying emotional responsiveness" as characteristic of emotional abuse. The U.S. Department of Justice defines emotionally abusive traits as including causing fear by intimidation, threatening physical harm to self, partner, children, or partner's family or friends, destruction of pets and property, forcing isolation from family, friends, or school or work.

Emotionally abusive tactics include insults, putdowns, arbitrary and unpredictable inconsistency, and gaslighting (the denial that previous abusive incidents occurred). Modern technology has led to new forms of abuse, by text messaging and online cyber-bullying.

MAGIC WITCH SPELL

Witch and wizard’s use magic spells, magic potions, magic charms and magic power which probably work by the victim’s belief. There are people who believe that the spell cannot work if you do not have the confidence in it and if you do not believe in its power. However, if a person comes to you in your dreams and feeds you; it may be a witch or wizard feeding you a potion. They will put demons in you. You’ll need deliverance.

 

I believe they do work magical powers to make people fat or skinny. Also, if you’ve ever gone to a hypnotist for the purpose of losing weight, you will have placed yourself under the powers of witchcraft. People sometimes sleep walk and eat and never know it.

 

I remember many years ago I led a witch to the Lord and delivered her. She came to my house one day. My husband had this big brass elephant on a table in our entrance hall. He was a Republican and he didn’t associate it with idolatry. The witch told me, “I saw that elephant before I ever met you. As a matter of fact, witches and wizards in this area probably have seen it too. They would use it as a point of contact and work for you to gain weight. Witches love to make Christian women fat! You see, it’s an open door because it’s an idol and Christians are forbidden to have idols!”

Needless to say: that elephant was immediately thrown away!

SATAN UNDER GOD’S CONTROL

The Devil’s is under God’s control and restrictions. Satan could only afflict Job as God permitted. Job was prosperous, but also wise and good.  He was completely dedicated to God. His financial security would lead one to think the mountain of his prosperity stood so strong that it could not be moved. However, his material success could not stand against the powers of his enemy. A horrible tempest was gathering to defeat him and steal his soul. Spiritual warfare happens in the spiritual realms but the impact can be seen in the physical arena. Job’s entire life was touched by Satan’s attack, his home, family, children, wife, and business.  He was wiped out, but he held onto his righteousness.

“Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? Thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land. 11 But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face. 12 And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the LORD,” (Job 1:10-12). This spiritual battle was between God and Satan.

The Devil could not touch Job because God had built a spiritual hedge of protection around him. The accusation to God was that Job would not serve God if he did not have such a perfect life. Satan watched him but was helpless to touch him. Satan had searched the land and found one person that he could not get to. Satan’s goal is to take every human being to hell.

Notice, it was God’s hedge that protected him. Though it was spiritual warfare, Satan was not considered to be the reason for the battle. God knew Job’s heart but at the same time, He understood the power of His grace. God knew from the beginning, that Job would win.

FREEDOM

Christians can live free from mental torture, panic, envy, hatred, pride, self-pity, addiction, gluttony and all other forms of bondage, oppression and defilement!

There are two main causes for a person’s inner problems.

The first point is what the Word calls “the flesh, or  the ‘old man.” The old man that part of the person that is the carnal nature of the person’s flesh and it is the rebellious person’s will that is being influenced and tempted by Satan.

“Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin,” (Rom. 6:6).

 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; 23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; 24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.”

Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; 10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him,”  (Col 3:9-10).        

The second cause for inner problems is the working of evil spirits. Demons will tie themselves to the person’s mind or flesh. They will not relinquish their evil hold unless compelled to do so by a Christian that is empowered by Jesus.

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil , and he will flee from you,”  (Jam. 4:7).

THE NAME OF JESUS

The name “Jesus” is the legal right of absolute authority. His power is “Far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the one to come,” (Eph.1: 21). His power is above all power.

(Mk. 16:17-18) “And these signs shall follow they that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18.They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”

As believers in Jesus Christ, we who are the bride of Christ wait with great anticipation for the day when we will be united with our Bridegroom. Until then, we remain faithful to Him and say with all the redeemed of the Lord, “Come, Lord Jesus!” (Rev. 22:20). ⁴
